Weigh In- Let Down
I am so disappointed in myself. I was doing AWESOME up until Saturday. I stopped drinking my water and protein drink, which help me feel full. I ate a lot more than normal so I stopped writing down my food and calorie intake. Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday I gained a pound. Thankfully I lost a pound before Sunday. So this week I maintained last weeks weigh in. If I would have stayed the course I could be down 1-2 pounds. Grrr. Why did I do that? One good thing: I am back in full strength. I will lose two pounds this week to make up for this flat line.
